Jim @cinelife and I are very pleased to welcome Tayloe Stansbury (@tayloe) as a new user here on the forum. As you know, Tayloe was recently named Kaleidescape's new CEO, and is a long-time Kaleidescape customer and movie lover. We're glad to have him here for whatever level of participation and engagement he is able to offer.
As we did with Cheena, we want to ask the members of this group to engage respectfully with Tayloe who is obviously extremely busy. Please don't expect any frequency of interactions here, nor any personal responses to posts or messages here directed at Tayloe. End-users should continue to direct questions to their dealers first, to support@kaleidescape.com when appropriate, and to this user community here as well to get user-to-user advice and help. Dealers who interact here should use official channels to raise important issues directly to their Kaleidescape support and sales people via email, phone, or the company extranet resources.
With all that said, I know we'll welcome and appreciate any occasional posts or engagement here that Tayloe chooses to offer as we wish him great success in leading the company to new levels of success.
Tayloe has also reassured us that he fully supports the continuing engagement here of @MikeKobb, @J.Green, @cheena, and all of the other great Kaleidescape employees who post here in a quasi-official capacity!
Please join me in congratulating @tayloe on behalf of the forum, and welcoming him to this vibrant community of owners, fans, and dealer personnel.

p.s. This is a good time to remind everyone that this forum is not run by Kaleidescape the company and is not an official technical support or communications forum. Rather, it operates independently and is run by a small group of committed users, fans, and dealers who put in time here outside of their regular jobs. It operates with Kaleidescape's kind permission, but not with any financial or legal connection to the company.
