US BR & 4K Releases for July & August 2022

Added in HDR with DTS-HD MA 5.1 from Paramount

Out of curiosity what's the D2D pricing? I do not own any of the three latest Paramount upgrades, so the $19'99 price tag looks reasonable.

Spiderwick is $17.27 for me.

Here's a snap of various movies in my current offers across a variety of prices.

Stardust is $17.27 as well for me on D2D. Wondering why it isn't like previous Paramount titles at around $5 (like The Godfather one's shown above). But Paramount pricing for HDR and SDR titles is all over the place on K. Catalog HDR stuff is up in the $30's for older titles while newer ones are less than $20. SDR is all over the place too. Again, consistency makes the market a much better user experience and it is hard not to notice these extremely glaring price differences within the same studio. Kaleidescape is literally sold on their experience, and this doesn't help with the experience.

Yes, Paramount is all over the place, I have a bunch of Paramount D2D to 4k that are $4.92 but these are more...

A Quiet Place Part II, Saturday Night Fever and My Fair Lady are $27.94
Scream 3 HD for $18.63
Scream 4k for $16.38

I guess it depends on the title and sales potential? The Godfather is guaranteed to sell, I personally upgraded as soon as I got the offer. Stardust or others a bit less? Just speculating here.
Vudu(whereI have my digital library) applies the same resolution upgrade concept and there also I have to pay full price in order to upgrade to a 4K title. Stardust is $16.99, Shawshank Redemption is $14.99 but Godfather is $19.99. Prices are not as inconsistent as with K, there are differences but as far as I can see K is cheaper for quite a few of them. I am only upgrading my K library though it’s a no brainer for me…
