My dealer is always slow to respond with issues, and a couple months ago my RTI stopped sending RF signals. Kscape/crestron commands work, but anything directly controlling my Tivo or TV no longer work.

This isn't the first time I've been up the creek, previously the dealer forgot a simple function on the remote and never got around to coming back out to have it programmed. This is the main reason I hate that things like kscape and RTI remotes are dealer-only -- you're at their mercy or you're stuck with a dud. Luckily in that situation I was resourceful enough to get a copy of the app used to code RTI remotes and added it myself...

..This situation though... I can't exactly go to RTI can I? I'm considering just replacing it with something else or trying to find a used one somewhere (since it seems it's a hardware issue). Any dealers here have any available or can recommend a better remote?
