Trailers on website won't load

@MikeKobb FYI

Tried both in Safari and Chrome, even cleared cookies and such, but when I'm trying to load a trailer via the movie store on the website, I get the following error:

An unexpected error occurred trying to load the trailer. Please check your internet connection and try again.

Not sure if this is a localized issue, but thought I'd have you guys look into it!

I couldn't get anything a few hours ago. I have a feeling they know about it.

They do know and are working on it.

Phew I was scratching my head trying to work out what could been wrong at my end to stop trailers from working. Saved me from wasting some time. :) thx

Possibly related?

I see that there are a couple of issues with the Store this morning. When I tried signing in to the Store from my home in Canada, I am connecting to the U.S. Store. VPN is not active and my visible location is in Canada. If I keep trying sometimes the Canadian Store will show up, but not consistently. I just thought I would see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

@Drhemi, this has been reported to K as well, they're looking into it.

Hi folks,

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier. Our trailer provider had some kind of a problem with their streaming system. I'm told that it is now fixed.
