Lip sync issues make it unwatchable. Only concert on my StratoV with that issue. Any ideas?
 
Since there are 4 Toto albums on Kaleidescape, it would have been helpful if you mentioned which one. However, the only one available for download on the Strato V is 40 Tours Around the Sun. I haven't watched the new encode, but the current encode on my Strato S has no lip sync issues. I'll try to check it out on the Strato V in the next few days.
 
I downloaded the new encode onto my Strato V. I can confirm the lipsync is very wrong. The video lags the audio by about 2 seconds. Then encode on my Strato S is fine.

I have reported it to Kaleidescape.
 
Thank you for taking the time. I didn’t want to call support in the event it was something on my end. We have a great group here. When end users are continuously helping dealers and vice versa, you know you’re at the right forum! I’m grateful!
 
i actually see all 4 toto concerts available for my Strato V. Curious which concert is the best in terms of the performance and video quality

No different on my Strato C
 
I have another concert with a lipsync issue. Is lipsync something that the engineers at Kscape can/will fix or is it deeper than that?
 
Has anyone that reported this to Kaleidescape heard back if they're even working on reencoding it? Wonder if it just stays low priority given how many titles they still have to get finished for V compatibility.
For the record, I am ready to buy it, but given the "unwatchable" designation here, I'm not spending my money on it until I hear that it's fixed.
 
Great. Hopefully we'll hear of an update in the store or maybe a confirmation from @Luke that it's coming at some point.
