The Rolling Stones: Sweet Summer Sun — Hyde Park Live not compatible, should I buy anyway?

This is on sale but not compatible with Strato V. Should I purchase now hoping that it will be converted for the V in time or is it a waste of money?

K is going to try to convert everything. But, they likely have months to go. I imagine if this becomes one of those titles they can't convert, that you could talk to them as a V owner and request a refund. It's also possible that there's another sale before/after it gets converted.

If a title is really important to you, I recommend buying it. Period. What happens if in two weeks the distributor changes and K loses it? If that idea concerns you, just buy it now.

I've got 3 so far on my wish list that are incompatible. Two of my other ones are much further down the popularity list, Bad Company and Melody Gardot. I own the Gardot on disk already. Hopefully all will be converted.

Check Apple (iTunes) and Fandango at Home (Vudu). If the titles are readily available on those, then it means there’s an active distributor with available assets. So, worst case scenario K has to go back to the source.

I would not consider the possibility of any refunds from K-Scape for having purchased titles that are incompatible with the Strato V for the following simple reason: When you purchase a title that is not compatible with the V, you must check a box confirming the understanding that it is incompatible. Not only does the Store make it clear that the title is not compatible, but it requires validation of same by the purchaser before completing the purchase.

I emailed K-Scape and received this reply:

David,

Everything in our store that is not compatible with the Strato V will be converted.

We appreciate your patience.

Thank you,
