Hi....recently imported this movie which is the unrated / extended version however when i go to play back on my C1 it only shows the theatrical version
Is this common and is this something K can fix / update?

Well......I made a BIG rookie mistake and never bothered to check if there was a 2nd disc in the package and sure enough there it was hiding under the UV paperwork
Problem solved, they actually have separate discs for Theatrical & Extended versions
