Taking apart Modular Disk Vault (kvault-10)

I have an old 100 disk Dacal disk Vault. While I was away, a household member tried to stuff in a disk while it was flashing 000. I'm pretty sure things are well and truly jammed in there now (it now flashes 504). Does anyone have instructions on how to take it apart?
