Strato remote problems

Hi all,

I have a Strato which I’m having problems controlling with any remote. It won’t respond to the K remote (I’ve tried it with a few of them) and I’ve tried with a Harmony remote and again, no response. The Strato is Co-Starred with an M500. Might this be the issue?

My first instinct is that IR remote functionality has been disabled. You can confirm this as follows:
  1. Open the browser interface (http://<Strato IP>)
  2. Click on "Settings"
  3. On the Components page, click the "Settings" button for the Strato you're having issue with to open the settings popup
  4. Select the "Control" tab and examine the second block of text. Verify that you have enabled "Kenwood" and/or "Toshiba" (no harm in having both enabled)
  5. Click "OK" to save the setting and close the popup. (NOTE: You must click "OK". If you just close the popup with the window control, your settings change won't be saved).
