Store does not recognize Star Trek Beyond

I was trying to catalog this movie (Star Trek Beyond) on my Alto but the Store did not even recognize the disc.

How is that possible?

I had no problems importing this title. It had all the bookmarks.

audioguy, it's possible that you have what's known as an "alt" -- a disc that was created from a slightly different master than the ones that we have processed and bookmarked. Those differences prevent the system from recognizing the disc.

Please check the following for me. Bring up the main menu on your Alto, and select the System tab, and the Status item. Then select the "System Summary" tab and make sure that the "Last service connection" is recent. It should be a matter of minutes.

Assuming that it is, drop me a private message here and we'll see about getting the recognition fixed up.

I had exactly the same problem with Star Trek Beyond on my disc server. It did not show up on the OSD, either Cover Art or List versions. But I could see the title on my disc server using the browser interface. I ejected the disc and then re-inserted it into the disc server, and it took - I could select it through the OSD.

Very nice!

I also had this problem, I decided to let it sit over night, and the next day it was cured!
