Store Connectivity - Resolved

Any one having issues connecting with store?

Attempting to download Jason Bourne and have been stuck at 46% for two hours with the message "Your system cannot connect the Kaleidescape Store. Connect your system to the internet in order to resume existing downloads and allow new downloads to begin".

I have checked all connections, re-set my router to no avail .

All other units (phone, pic, iPad etc) are connecting and functioning properly, only kscape is proving troublesome. Will contact support but was curious if a known problem.

EDIT - just had a response (within 2 minutes) to advise that they are having database issues, which will be resolved ASAP.

Hi folks,

We are having some problems at the data center right now. Hopefully we will be back up shortly. Thanks for your patience.

FYI, the Movie Store is online, and you can make purchases. However, downloads will not start until the problem is resolved.

Services have been restored as of 7pm Pacific. You should see downloads proceed normally from the Movie Store.
