Slow movie playback on strato C 11 secounds

Hi guys

I have the following setup Strato C with Storm Audio, MadVR and JVC NZ9.
Have the best optics 2.1+ cables for ny Cinema. Allready try others

I have realt bad playback time about 11 sec to play movie with a Sound delay 1-2 sec.

When you have a setup like this its disapoiting to have times like that.
I Will like if anybody Can help with advise otherwise strato players are more useless.

I am ready to pay for help.

Just strapped all my Arcade av41 stuf to fix hdmi issues. With storm audio.
Now its still bad…. I am a bit fustrated

Well, you have quite a complex equipment chain. The delays you´re experiencing are not that unusual.
What you could do is to set the Kaleidescape OSD Refresh rate to 24hz. Since most movies are played back with 24hz (23.x), the framerate stays and doesn´t need a resync.
The GUI will look a bit more studdering compared to 50/60hz, but if you have a madVR Envy Extreme, you could activate MotionAI to smoothen out the OSD.
Then if you play HDR content, the chain needs a resync as well.
What do you mean by "sound delay 1-2 sec"? Sound starts 1-2 seconds later or is there a lag?

And do you have these issues only with the Strato not with other sources?
