Slow Download Speeds?

Is anyone else experiencing slow download speeds? Just made a purchase in the store that I was hoping to watch with the family tonight but doesn't look like it'll be ready. It's downloading at 13Mbps

EDIT: just checked right after submitting this post and now it's at 5Mbps!! Everything is fine with my internet btw.

I'm getting 22 - 28Mbps right now. Just downloaded a couple of BR movies, one is still downloading. That's about half of what I'm capable of getting, might be heavy traffic, might be an equipment issue, or perhaps upgrades are in progress, hard to say, but this does happen from time to time.

Could your ISP be throttling data from a big source of data? I really don't know but I can tell you yesterday I downloaded a movie at normal speeds for me.

Store downloads have been very very slow for the last day:

19% done, 30 hours 53 minutes left at 1.9 Mbps

I'm typically 98mbps, but occasionally I will get 250mpbs. Service is 300/300.
Bluray is 45min download. DVD import 6-8 minutes.

Are you using the system while trying to download a movie? Yesterday was first time I ever received a notice on my screen saying that the system was in use and that was affecting download speeds. Once I powered my Cinema One down, the speed jumped from about 6Mbs to 95Mbs.
