Serial Number

Is there any reason I should not post a servers serial number when selling a unit? Just want to be safe.
 
None at all. In fact, most buyers want the serial number so they can verify it's a real sale, and the component is not among the dozen or so that are listed as stolen. Having the serial number listed also allows a potential buyer to check its DVD Import status (Grandfathered status), for Premiere Servers, if that's important to the buyer. Lastly, it helps you not have to respond to inquiries asking for it.
