Selling Components

Hi folks

In the process of selling my Vault (DV700), Alto and Co-Star.

Is there anything I am required to do with those components to in-pair prior to moving on?

Reset the Alto by inserting a paperclip into the pinhole on the rear of the Alto. Press and hold until you see the light on the right side of the ethernet connector start blinking and the Alto will reset back to DHCP (if it was a fixed IP). This will also reset all audio and video settings.
Same process for the Vaults. (This process applies to most active Kaleidescape components, but does not work with the 1U Servers.)

Separately, you still delete all the content on the Alto (although this is less critical with Strato/Alto because the Store account affects playback).

Strato Movie Player

On Kaleidescape Strato, the network reset button is located next to the SERVICE port on the rear panel.

Alto Movie Player
On Kaleidescape Alto, the network reset button is located between the HDMI and ANALOG sections on the rear panel. The reset button also restores all audio and video settings to the defaults.

Terra Movie Server

Cinema One

On Cinema One (2ng generation), the network reset button is located between the HDMI and ANALOG sections on the rear panel. The reset button also restores all audio and video settings to the defaults.
