purchasing on the USA from UK

Hi,

I’ve seen people have posted with same issue, purchasing on the USA site from the UK.
I was using state card which no longer works. Does anyone have another recommendations on another site? Getting frustrated with the lack if chioce on the UK site comparied to the USA choices. Any help will be much appreciated. TIA
