Problem importing Secret State DVD

I have a problem importing the DVD disc - Secret State Ean 6867441047094.
When importing on either a M700 or M500 the import time takes about 30 seconds, the average time for a DVD to import on my system is 10 mins. Tried importing several times with the same result even after cleaning disc.
After so called import the movie appears on the server with full details including play move.
When playing movie and choosing an episode an error message appears “Cannot Play Movie. The movie cannot finish playing because of a temporary problem with your system. Please try again”When playing the disc all the introductory bits play ok until it comes to the point of playing an episode when the same error message occurs.
If I trash the import and play the disc directly on the M500 it plays normally, the disc also plays normally on a simple dvd player
I’ve contacted K about this and they suggested it might be a networking problem but this proved not to be the case.
On the day I initially imported this disc I also imported seven other discs with no problem.
It seems to me that the disc imports the initial info but not the movie, is this a bookmarking issue, has anyone come across this problem before.
