  • 🔷Why can't I make a new post here in "The Kaleidescape Gear Marketplace"? 🤔

To sell gear on the forum, you need to have a current "premium" (paid) membership on the forum.

The Kaleidescape Owners Forum doesn't sell ads or sell user's information. The fees for these premium memberships for people who sell gear here is the only source of funds for the site to offset the costs it takes to run the forum.

To summarize the tiers of membership:

    • Registered (free) members can participate in any discussions anywhere on the forum, message other users, download favorite-scene files and script files, and reply to any marketplace listings.
    • "Supporter"-tier members (as little as $15 for 30 days) can also make listings in the Kaleidescape (ONLY) gear Marketplace in order to try to sell Kaleidescape gear.
(Supporters can NOT make listings on the Non-Kaleidescape Forum)
    • "Premium" and "Patron"-tier members, (starting at $50 for 6 months) in addition to many other benefits, can make listings to either of the marketplace sections here in this forum section.

For more information on the benefits of a paid members, or to purchase a Supporter, Premium or Patron membership, please see the Account Upgrades section of your user profile.

In the UK and have access to a lot of brand new in box premiere kit, might any of this be of interest to anyone?

28 x M300

6 x K-Server (5000-1950) 72TB of storage.

12 x K-Vault (DV700)

It has been sat in a secure warehouse and is a good few years old and out of warranty.

Message me if anything is of interest

Still available the below new in box units. I can provide some serial numbers and photos if wanted.
26 x M300 - £890

1 x K-Server (5000-1950) 72TB of storage. £9k

10 x K-Vault (DV700) - £1.4k

I also have 1 x K-Server (5000-1950) 72TB of storage available that is not a NIB system, but I have connected it up and checked that all drives are ok and show a blue light and the UI comes up ok. Looking for £6k for this.

I also have 1 box of 7x 6TB Disks labeled 1-7

Do you have any blank discs that can be used to swap out old discs on a 1U server? Ideally 4 X 6TB discs?

I have the 7 x 6TB discs but they are labeled 1-7 and so not sure if they have to be used as a set. They are not sealed but as far as I know they are good.

If these have been used or placed in a server I think its not possible to use them. Please PM me the price and I will reach out to K-Scape and see what they say if the price works for me.

Those numbers imply they were part of a set, so if they haven't been reinitialized by K (resetting the drives), they cannot be separated, AND they can only be used in an empty 3U.

Also, this assumes those are ALL of the drives that were part of the original set, that no drives are missing, and all 7 of those drives are good drives (can be tested in an empty 3U).

Hi Jim

Happy to ship to the U.S. if you are happy to cover the shipping costs. To get the price down to that figure, what’s the maximum number of units you could take?
