Hello
Just got my Alto and vault to give this a try before i get a full blown server system. My question that i cannot seem to find the answer to (dealer cant seem to either) - If i do the disc to digital conversion can i access my Kaleidescape store account from multiple locations? We have a weekend home which also has a dedicated theater room and i was also thinking of purchasing my parents an Alto but only if they could use my k store account. I hope that made sense.

Yes, 5 encore systems can access a single K-store account. The player at your parents house would need to be activated to your account.

As I read our help topic, I feel like we could word it more clearly. Titles purchased from the Kaleidescape Movie Store can be downloaded to up to five systems. Where that topic mentions two systems, it's referring to titles that you get via UltraViolet via other channels, e.g. via a coupon in a disc package, or via a different UV retailer.
 
Thank you for the clarification. I did visit that very same FAQ but interpreted it as 5 zones. Dumb i know because it explicitly says "systems".
