Moving movies from Strato to Terra

Is their anyway for me to transfer my movies from my Strato to a terra without having to delete and redownload? I have sold my Strato and now going with a Terra C and two 24TB’s Terras? If not, i will just delete before i ship everything out tomorrow.. Thanks

Thanks Jim, one more question, can we determine which movies have been downloaded to the Strato? Or Terra Servers?

My 305 movies show up when i log into my Strato. I also have a terra. I was hoping to see just the Strato.

You can see what's specifically on the Strato by loading the browser interface after either:
1. turning off the Terra; or,
2. ungrouping the Terra so that it is seen as a separate system.

Either power off the Terra or disconnect the Terra from the network. Then login to the Strato via browser. You can then see a list of titles that are on the Strato only. If you skin down to the bottom of the list you can then either “View Printable Version” or “Download Spreadsheet Format”.

Yes, I just re-checked that link for Strato/Terra and it is no longer available (the link). The link for Premiere Replication still works, but the Strato link is disabled for some reason. They may be updating the guide, or discontinuing Replication for Strato because it's safer to re-download from the Store (but I understand the download issues for some owners). I'll try to find out.

To answer your question, I do believe Replication worked for Alto as well (Alto to Strato-C, or Alto to Terra), but I never had that request from anyone, so not 100% sure (but logical that it would).

Thanks Jim.

I will give it a shot. My alto doesn't have a lot of content so if I have to re-download, I will.

Keep in mind that Replication needs to be enabled for the system you are trying to replicate, and only Support can do that, we dealers are no longer able to set that up.

I believe we had a website issue that was preventing some documents from being accessible. The link above is working again for me, and the document does say that you can replicate from both Alto and Strato players.
