Movies not added to collections!

I just noticed that new movies and movies I check into categories I’ve created are not showing up in collections. Any ideas on why or what I can do.

The typical reasons are:

Owner didn't correctly add content to a collection (or it didn't work for some reason, perhaps network glitch).
Player (or display) being used to display content is not capable of playing the movie you are looking for (i.e. M-class needed for HD content; Strato needed for UHD/HDR content; HDR display needed for HDR).
Parental control level for the particular Player being used is set to a level that restricts that content.
Player specific problems.

There may be other reasons as well, if none of those apply contact K Support.
