Has anyone successfully taken advantage of the trade-in offer from K? I sent two 1U servers in and verified thru K that they were eligible for trade-in and have not heard back since. I have reached out twice and no response. Anyone else have a better result?
 
I'm assuming you mean the credits have not yet been posted, is that correct?

I know they're inspected first to be certain they meet the criteria required to obtain the credit (acceptable aesthetics, all the parts, etc.), and given the Covid restrictions in CA (getting better today I believe), this might take a little longer than expected, but not sure. Determining ahead of time that they qualify is only part of the process, they still require the inspection based on what I was told, so I wouldn't be surprised if the process takes a couple/few weeks.
