movie reports and lists

If I replace a physical disk with a K download on my system, then delete the K download (in order to free up space on server), how do I get "my-kaleidescape.local/movies" list from still showing the title as a physical disk? I want the movie OFF the K- list. I have a separate list offline of K-movies I've bought, but temporarily "deleted" until I want to re-load and watch. I don't want the dvd or blu-ray title showing up on "my-kaleidescape.local/movies" list in the meantime. There are 999 of these!
 
If you properly deleted the disc version of the movie it should not be showing up in your list. (You delete from the Movies list by checking the box next to the movie title, and then move it to the trash.)

When I download a K version of a title I owned on disk, I ALWAYS remove the prior disk version on "my-kaleidescape.local/movies" list. But later if I delete the K version, the title shows back up as its prior hard disk format. Kind of weird. Does this have to do with the fact that our Kaleidescape history stores all of the formats of movies we download in its memory? I know the K team has sent me a list that has shows ALL of the formats of each movie that I've ever downloaded into the system: So if I remove the latest format of a title, does this cause the prior one show back up on my list?
 
If you have a Premiere system, are you deleting the movie from your Premiere server along with ejecting the disc? If you delete the movie without deleting the disc, it will a some point want to load it back in. Also, you need to make sure you are deleting the disc version using your Premiere server - you can’t do it from your Strato/Terra system.

You probably know all of this but it doesn’t hurt to reiterate.
