Movie Guide Update

I went to download the Accountant. It's been stuck on "Downloading movie guide update" for over two hours now. Tried to restart but still going.

Any idea's why its taking so long. I don't think I've ever seen it take more that 5 min before.
 
Please leave your system as idle as possible. Encore systems without Terra servers give priority to the user interface and movie playback to keep performance high. If you're interacting with the system, it will slow down the necessary guide update and the subsequent download. Also, if you want to see how the download is progressing, I'd recommend using the Movie Store website to check on progress, since going to your player's onscreen display will cause it to throttle the background tasks that handle the update and download.

haven't been using any of the kscapes in the house waiting for it to download

I've been only using the store to check on it. The store has said "Downloading movie guide update" since 11:10 AM CST
 
My strato downloaded the movie guide update too before the Accountant, but was done in around 20 minutes.
