Movie Extras aren’t downloading

I noticed on the newer movies I’ve downloaded, like Joker and A beautiful day in the neighborhood, the extra features aren’t downloading. To top it all off, the Kstore wants to charge $36.99 just to download the extras for Joker!!! What gives??
 
If you've already paid for a version (though I would imagine that is quality dependant, ie purchcase SD quality won't get access to features on the Bluray), then there shouldn't be an additional charge to download the Special Features. Might want to contact support if that is the case.
 
Incidentally, I assume that you're seeing that $36.99 price in the onscreen display? You could also try the web version of the movie store, which should let you schedule a download.
 
Thank you for the quick reply Mike! The price for the Joker extras is seen when I click on Joker from the covers menu and go to extras.
 
Okay, that's what we thought. Do please contact support if you haven't already, so that we can get our engineering team the information they need to investigate.
