Mobile App for Android public beta

Greetings all,

We've released a public beta version of our Mobile App for Android. It's available on the Google Play store now. Just search for "Kaleidescape" and you should find it.

Most of the important functionality is complete, including:
  • Movie store browsing, search, and purchase, including movie and TV collection and genre browsing
  • Gesture-based remote control of your Kaleidescape movie player
  • Notifications, for movie promotions and system alerts
  • Browsing the movies downloaded to your system, and information on the active download
There are a few features that we’re still working on, including:
  • Viewing and modifying your list of downloading movies
  • Viewing and adding movies to your Wishlist
  • Support for landscape modes, for tablets
  • Remote control features on the lock screen (e.g. pause/play)
  • Sharing movie links through popular apps and web sites
There are also a few known bugs being fixed now, including:
  • Kaleidescape movie promotion emails do not yet launch the app

Please let us know (by emailing beta@kaleidescape.com) if you have any suggestions to improve the app, or if you encounter any troubles.
 
Just wanted to mention I have been thrilled using the Beta K Android App! I use the remote feature now when playing movies, much easier than the standard remote... seems really well thought out.
 
No eligible devices for app install. :(

Aside from being able to spell Kaleidescape, what are the minimum requirements?
