I may alienate myself here but admittedly I have never really watched any Marvel Movies. I did see the old Spider-Man years ago with Tobey Maguire.

I have the Disney streaming app and know I can catch them all on there. I can only imagine the Kscape versions are great quality. Should I go down the rabbit hole of buying them on Kscape? The trailers look good but wouldn’t mind a few opinions on it. I see sometimes they have the set for pretty cheap for like 4 movies.

Audio in Kaleidescape is far better than streaming (granted, difference also depends on your audio system, but for most folks with decent HT setup, the audio differences are superior with Kaleidescape). So, IMO, given K or streaming, I'd pick K for movies. Disney+ is great for the Marvel TV shows though (such as Loki, etc.).

We started the whole MCU run from the beginning a little while back as my youngest kid is now just old enough to watch the movies. I'm a long-time Marvel fan and he really is now too together with me, plus my older daughter. We are reading the entire original Marvel Comics run from FF #1 onward. We are about into 1968 right now. It's been interesting watching them all again, some for only the 2nd time, and I forgot a lot of nuance, but also seeing that nuance knowing more of what is to come. The last one I watched on release was Black Widow, and we are right there now, so I'll be watching movies for the first time soon too.

That's my office. There are a few more big books up since this picture, actually. 😀

Wow thanks for sharing, that’s totally awesomely.

OK, based on the suggestion above, here are the movies in K-Store link format, listed in the Spaghetti Order for a good recommended way to watch them.

{next comes the WandaVision TV series, but it’s not available in the Kaleidescape Store}

I can’t find anything from the original author of the Spaghetti Order that updates the list post 2022…. Open to suggestions for how to continue this list in a good recommended order.

After I ran out of spaghetti I just started watching them in theatrical release order and that seemed to work just fine. I think the MCU is so broad now that the interconnectedness between films is less important than in the earlier phases.

I also suggest watching Loki S1 after WandaVision. And Loki S2 before Deadpool & Wolverine. I haven't watched any other "canonical" MCU tv shows, because I didn't feel like they were as directly tied into the films. However I'm not a MCU superfan so someone will surely chime in if there are other must-watch tv series that enhance the films. :geek:

Thanks for the heads up about Loki. I haven’t watched Deadpool & Wolverine yet and I was going to watch the first 2 Deadpool movies and Logan before watching it. I’ll add Loki to this as well.

I watched the Marvel movies in chronological order a couple of times before, but it is getting harder to keep up when having to add in all the Disney+ series as well. At least someone did warn me to watch Wanda Vision before watching Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. I would have been totally lost if I didn’t do that.

Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness is basically the season finale of WandaVision. That was the original release plan, and ideally they should be viewed as a package.

Loki should likewise be paired with Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania as the truncated Kang Saga. Loki Season 1 then Ant-Man 3 then Loki Season 2.

Falcon and the Winter Soldier should be watched before the pending Captain America Brave New World.

That really addresses the necessary links between TV Shows and Movies, at least in my mind. Everything else is mostly fluff that may become of value if they do anything with the characters. We'll see...
