M700 Unable to Communicate with Kaleidescape Components

Today when I tried to play some Blu-rays in my Vault, they showed up grayed out on the movie menu.
I went downstairs to check the vault and it has a message on the screen that says "Unable to Communicate with Kaleidescape Components"
The M700 does not show up in the components list on Browser Interface anymore.
Any idea how to troubleshoot?
Thanks
Sean

What you are seeing (Grayed out) is the result of the BR titles not being available for playback because the "disc present" verification is unable to reach the Vault (obviously). Start with the simple checks first, change to a different port on your switch (I suggest this before changing the Cat cable, but that would be next). You should also do a power reset on the Vault if you haven't already (unplug for a minute and power On).

Did not even think of unplugging it. I unplugged it and it rebooted and reconnected to network. Back to normal.
Thanks!
