M700 - how to catalogue but not import discs?

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to just catalogue discs in the M700 disc vault, without importing them. When I insert a disc, the M700 goes through its process of identifying it and then immediately starts to import it. Instead, I would like it to merely catalogue the disc without importing so I have a record of the discs I have without necessarily taking up space on my 3U server. Thanks!
 
I believe it is only possible to catalogue with a tray-loading player. I have the same desire. It would make disc-to-digital purchases via K system much easier.

Thanks for the reply and I believe, having done some more digging, that you're right. It's a shame though it does not work as I hoped.
