I am getting "Error 100 Internal Drive Jammed"
Press OK to restart

I pressed OK 3 times now and it's not fixing the problem. Any suggestions woud be greatly appreciated.

Update:

I turned off the power and then back on again as suggested by the message on the disk vault screen and now I am getting error 107.

What do I do?

Problem fixed...

Spoke to an engineer at K and he sent me instructions to take the M700 apart and found that an overly thick disk was causing the jam. Took 20 minutes to remove all the screws and 30 seconds to see what was up.

BTW, Great support by K, they returned my call within 10 minutes of my initial request.

Great, as I mentioned in the PM, these issues are usually because of a thicker than normal disc, or the very unusual fluke double load. In any case, removing the case top (with K's permission to avoid a warranty issue), can usually fix the problem. Glad it was resolved!:)

I resolved this on my own. This is what i did.

This whole issue started when i added a new disc. I selected that disc and last 4 discs that was mounted and played from the system just before this happened and ejected them. I then shut down the disc server and restarted. At this point it said had to reverify all discs which took two hours. This ended with no error message.

I went back and fired up my projector and tried playing couple of discs. Things worked like a charm. I am now going to give the unit some rest and start adding back discs once again later today. Hopefully this was just a random issue.

Thanks again for your help. You are the best.

Cheers

That's great, glad you were able to figure it out!
