M300 Problem

Hi

I hope someone can help....

My M300 went into a power cycle mode where the blue light would come onto the from and the initialising screen would come on for a while then go off reboot and back to the screen. It would continually do this.

On advice of my dealer I tried unplugging for a few hours and tried this a few time which then resulted in just the blue light and nothing on the display.

Next step was to use the rest button and then hold reset button whilst turning on which has no resulted in nothing at all, no blue light nothing on screen.

They think it may be the power supply, has anyone seen something similar and can offer any advice?

Thanks

On a separate problem my M500 will not import discs, the last 2 DVD's I tried stated Unknown Album CD Unexpected problem with import. I assume that the drive needs replacing.

Thanks again.

Adam

I had a almost the exact same problem on a K6000 player and it was the power supply. Once changed it was fine
