  • 🔷Why can't I make a new post here in "The Marketplace"? 🤔

    All registered users can reply to other members' posts here in the Marketplace, to respond as potential buyer or ask questions of the seller.
    However, only members who have paid to become "Premium" members or "Patrons" can make a new "for sale" post here in Marketplace.

    Premium memberships can be purchased for as little as $10... a very reasonable fee in order to sell equipment here, far lower than the seller's fee would be on eBay or Audiogon or other sites. Our site doesn't sell ads or sell user's information. This small fee is the only source of funds for the site to offset the costs it takes to run the forum.

Hi

I have a KSERVER-1500 with two 2TB drives.

The KSERVER is out of warranty. The 2TB drives are 6 months old and thus under warranty until 30th July 2013. The warranty can be extended on those further.

UK RRP for a KSERVER-1500 with 4x 2TB is ?7695 + VAT
UK RRP for a 2TB disk is ?750 + VAT

I figure that thus a KSERVER-1500 with 2x2TB disk RRP is ?6195 + VAT = ?7434

Of course Kscape is also charging an extra ?135+VAT per 2TB drive to cover the increased costs due to the supply issues after Thailand floods.

I'm after ?4500 for the system.

I also have a K-Player 6000, a 5000, a mini player 300, and a 100 disk vault which I will list seperately after the Server is gone (so that purchasor of server can have first refusal)

I would be interested in the 2 X 2TB discs if you are willing to split.
