I have a unit here, no blue arc, was working. I can connect to it, then roughly seconds later it stops working, then it starts, it has 0% storage on it, any hints or help would be AWESOME

These problems tend to be network related, or power supply. It sounds more like a 3U power supply issue. I'd contact your dealer, or K Support to have the Server's logs checked for any history of issues. If it is the power supply, expect to send it back for repair, there is no "over-the-counter" sale of 3U PS's from K.

Note that there seems to be a very recent issue with 3U server rebooting (at least for me started last night v5.4.1 updated on 7/21/14). My 1U seems stable (maybe), but 3U cannot be discovered. The 1U goes on and offline periodically.
I talked with K support and they are aware of the issue. Either call them or stay tuned. Always good when you can call support and they know what the problem is without someone like me trying to explain it to them.

My problem was solved by the time I got home. 3U server not rebooting in a loop like it was last night/this morning. While I was at work, Kaleidescape pushed v5.4.2 to my system. I missed a call earlier from them today, but they left a voicemail to contact them for a fix. My guess was the fix was to select the system upgrade by rebooting the server.
