Kaleidescape Strato 4k with a TERRA MOVIE SERVER

I'm thinking about entering the world of Kaleidescape and I was thinking about purchasing a used system.

Somebody has offered me a Kaleidescape Strato 4k for £3000 and I thought this would be a good way for me to get started without spending too much money.

This is a 6 TB model which seems to be the old-style which has the server and player built-in as one unit.

I realise that in a year or two I will run out of hard drive space....

Can I purchase a TERRA MOVIE SERVER as an add-on so that I can store more movies?

If not could I purchase a TERRA MOVIE SERVER and use the Kaleidescape Strato 4k as a stand-alone player?
 
Yes, you can add other stand alone Terra units to give you more space later. Note the the download speed for that model isn't as fast as if you bought the Strato without built in storage, but aside from that they do the same.
 
When the Strato 4k is full and I add a TERRA MOVIE SERVER will the download speed increase since all new movie downloads will be downloaded to the TERRA MOVIE SERVER.
 
You don’t have to wait until the Strato is full. As soon as you add a Terra server downloads start going to it and you will see the fast downloads.
