I know this info is posted in several threads, but to make it easier to locate I'm posting here as a sticky as well. The OEM manufacturer of the K5000 power supply is Sparkle Power. They do have the power supplies available, and plan to keep them available as long as there is interest from buyers. They do NOT have or sell the Fan replacement units, they only sell the power supplies. They do not offer replacement instructions, but it's not difficult.

Kaleidescape also confirmed:
"They are available from Sparkle Power, part # FSP700PSASK-KS, order from kristinnguyen@sparklepower.com."
