K-System 120 (Cinema One 1st Gen) - Cooling Problem

I wonder whether anyone can help me with a problem I have with my K-System 120? The system is overheating...

My original thought was that the cooling fans had failed however, when I open the case I can see that the fans (there are three) run fine for about 1 minutes and then stop - never to re-start. The cooling fan at the power supply works all the time.

I'm not electrically strong (an IT Project Manager by profession) however, this suggests that there may be a thermostat somewhere in the mix.

I have some pictures and a video if required. Has anyone else solved a similar problem?

This is all very frustrating in that the cooling failed on 22nd September (Rusty sent me a snap of the server temperature chart) - the day before I took delivery of an excellent used 1U server and two player / readers...

Any help / advice would be very much appreciated.
