K Conductor Corrupting iTunes Library?

Several times I've had iTunes trash my library file (.itl) because it detects that it's corrupted. Every time all I did was close iTunes, close Conductor and then rename the .itl file (since it just renames it) and then reload iTunes.

This ONLY happens when the Conductor is running. Anyone else have this issue?
 
Not sure I follow... why are you renaming the .itl file?
 
Because once iTunes thinks your library is corrupt it renames the itl file (your library) and creates a new one - which means all your ratings and ettings are gone.

The way to get all that back is to delete the NEW file that iTunes created and restore the name of the file that iTunes felt was corrupt.
