I've done something wrong again.

I am trying to replicate a disk set from my old 3U Server to my New / Main one.
Everything went well until I got the replication started.
Every title shows transfer interrupted or failed. It usually attempts each title 3 times and then moves on.
I was going to cancel the replication and start over, but the source Server has disappeared and I can't gain access to it.
I know my destination server sees it, because I get the message at the top of the user interface prompting me to see another system or add a component.
When I click on either of those links, there is nothing there.
If I shut off my source Server, those messages go away.
I've tried the simple stuff assuming a network issue: replace the cat6 Cable, Switched the network port, I even replaced the source server with the Replication disks moved into another Server unit and I'm stuck.
I have no access, The replication has stalled and I can't get in to it, stop it.
Also, I can no longer access the user interface of the source Server. Although I could before the replication attempt started.
Anyone have any ideas what I did wrong or what to do about it.

Current screen shot.
Does anyone know if K can stop this replication from their end?
I can't get them on the phone.

In case anyone is interested: Yes, K can abort a replication on your Server from their end.
Thanks Rusty!
I still don't know what I did wrong...

I figured out why the replication didn't work.
For some reason, both of my 3U Servers are being assigned the same IP address.
If I have them both set for DHCP, why would they both be assigned 192.168.1.182?
I have since set the older Server to a static IP address and now there is no conflict.
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris

I've been reading on line...
For all you network Guru's out there (which I am not)
Should I power cycle my Router, Switch, and all of my K devices on the network?
Will this reset all of the DHCP IP addresses?

Best practice would be to either set each component with a static IP address outside of your routers DHCP range, or set up DHCP reservations in your router. Pros and Cons to each method.
