Issues with bringing a Kscape unit overseas?

I'd like to bring my Kscape system with me and continue buying movies while living there. I'd still have access to a US credit card, and I can use a VPN to access the store via the web, but would there be any issues actually downloading the movies to my system? Would I need to set up a VPN at the router level?

Sorry guys (you know I like you both), I edited the above posts just to keep politics out of the discussion.

Elections obviously produce happy people, sad people, and those that don't care. Please remember that the category you identify with has NOTHING to do with being a K owner and member on this Forum. I realize it may be cathartic to some extent to add a comment regarding this recent election, but such comments only divide us unnecessarily. We're all friends here.

You dont need VPN at the router . You just need VPN connected to a US server on your PC while browsing K store , or doing anything in the store .
Downloading doesnt require VPN .
