Is the M300 fan noise louder than a 1U Premiere server

Hi everyone- can anyone compare the fan noise from an M300 with the fan noise of a 1U premiere serve? I have limited rack space in the area a keep my components in and the noise control there is not so good, so I want to make sure I am not installing something in my living room that will be too noisy. I have my 1U in a rack away from the living room, but I can hear it where it is.

If you can hear the 1U and it is outside the living room, you will likely hear the M300 as well when the fan's busy. That said, most of these noises are usually tuned out by the brain over time, and in any case should not be loud enough to disturb a playing movie, IMO.

No. As I understand it, the Alto only imports K store content. It will play the discs from a vault (the same as if you put them in the alto's tray) but not import them.
