I have question/s about how to know is something is available in the store for download and this free up disc slot in the Vault - here are two examples:

1. I have had the movie speed racer in my vault since months and today suddenly I see it available in the digital offers to download for $ 1.99. How did this happen? Why did it not appear in digital offers earlier?
2. I bought After Earth and put the UV code in my flixter account - when I went to the K Store - I did not see it in the digital offers tab or in my K library. But when I searched in the store for After Earth it showed that I have it available for download??

It would be nice if I can easily see what digital offers are available and what movies are available for download (because I have UV rights) so I can free up vault slots. It may be that I have quite a few discs in my vault which i can remove and make space in my vault by downloading the soft copies in the 3U server.

Will appreciate any help.

Here is what I have gathered so far:

1) the Digital Offers to upgrade can be added at any time and are not always available from the beginning but can be added at a later date. Once the "disc-to-digital" is available for a title tht you have it should show up in your digital offers.

2) I had After Earth loaded on my system and also had it it available thru Flixster. Once It was added to the store it showed up in my digital offers as a no cost download. I am not sure why this wasn't the case for you.

#2 is because digital offers are those you can get for the disc-2-digital rate, whereas your library is for titles you already have (by purchase or UV redemption.) Though it could also just be a timing issue, as I find sometimes they hit before I can bring-up the store and other times it takes a few hours.
