Benefits of registering for a full account:

    • Participate in the discussions! You must have a registered account to make posts on the forums. You will be able to start your own thread on a topic or question, or you can reply to other threads/discussions.
    • Use the "Conversation" feature (known as "private messaging" on other forums) to communicate directly with any of the other users here.
    • Access the Files area. The "resources" area of the forum contains many "Favorite Scene" and Script files that can dramatically increase the enjoyment of your Kaleidescape system. Go directly to great scenes in your favorite movies, created by other owners, and add automation to playback of your system with Scripts.
    • You won't see this annoying notice at the top of every screen!😊

It's easy and free to register for the forum. Just click the "Register" button in the upper right corner of this page, and follow the instructions there.

How About This NEW FEATURE: Menu on "TV" screen shows movies/tv shows in your collection but which you have not downloaded!

Maybe it could simply show up as a tag, like the HD/HDR/UHD tags at the bottom?

Or, it could be a button, and clicking it initiates the download?

Make it like a disc from an Alto. Movie shows up on the screen, but instead of “insert disc”, it has an option to download...

Also, my Alto 6tb shows its 98% space available. How can I get the HD movies onto the Alto freeing up space on my Terra Server? As I have been buying way too many upgrade movies!
The only way I know which might do this is to have your Terra off when downloading. This should force HD movies to the Alto...
I may be missing something, but here is what I do when I want to download a HD movie to my Alto. Does the download function in the Movie Store behave differently when one has a Terra?

With the Terra Server and Alto in my system, there is no choice when both are on and connected to the internet, downloads first go to Terra, and once full, then downloads blu ray and dvd quality go to Alto. KScape has already stated this is how it is, and the only way to get the downloads to the Alto are to have the Terra Server power off.

You can only choose the target device if you have them configured as independent systems in your account.
