Hide / Show certain titles in collection with a quick "#(number sequence)#"

Any way to get a feature where certain movies could be hidden with a series of keypresses on a remote? For example, if the wife does not want to see movies with violence in them like John Wick 3, maybe they could be hidden until a quick keypress is entered on a remote, and then re-hidden the same way?

Solution
IR signals from the child remote put the system into "Child Mode" where the only content displayed are titles that have been specifically added to the "Child" collection. These titles are displayed in a simplified version of the Covers view. Title rating is not a factor since the collection is manually curated by the parent/responsible adult.

Parental control settings are separate and can be used even without a child remote. The settings are different depending on whether we're talking about a Premiere system or an Encore system.

On Premiere systems, Parental control settings are set up via the browser interface (Settings>Parental Control for Movies). You can define four levels: For children, For young adults, The main library...

On Premiere systems, Parental control settings are set up via the browser interface (Settings>Parental Control for Movies). You can define four levels: For children, For young adults, The main library, Restricted content. Each level (other than "For children") can be protected by a passcode (limited to numbers). The content displayed is determined by the movie rating. You are able to set the default parental control level for each player in the system individually.

On Encore systems, the parental controls are set via the Settings place on the Onscreen Display (OSD). Press the "Menu" button and select System>Settings>Parental Control.

To use the Parental Control settings to achieve what you want, you would have to ensure that all movies/TV shows that your wife wouldn't want to see have their rating set to a higher rating (e.g. NC-17 or Unrated-Adults Only) and that all other movies have a rating of R or below. Then you could set the default parental control level to only show movies that are "R" rated or below.
