Greyed out on premier system

Was watching hobbit on my premier system upgrade of blue ray from store half way through film stoped and is no longer available greyed out on list so have all the others that I purchased as upgrades

It sounds like you have a problem with playback 'authorizations'. Do you by chance have more than one server grouped together in your premiere system?

There have been issues with playback authorizations with multiple server systems when one reboots described here: http://www.kscapeowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2288

You should probably contact k support for further assistance.

Final thought: If this is not a bug... It is kind of mean that K can revoke playback authorizations while a movie is playing, causing it to immediately stop playing. They could at least let it finish playing to the end :(
