Foreign subtitles included in rip

Hi all,
I'm finding that the foreign subtitles that come up occasionally in some films don't come up if you select the "Play Movie" option. However, they are included if you select "Play Disc".
Obviously I prefer the "Play Movie" option as it strips all the nonsense at the start but if you haven't seen the movie before, then you don't know if there will be any foreign dialogue or not.
The foreign subtitles have clearly been ripped to the drive, so is there a way of getting these to come up on the "Play Movie" option?
Thanks in advance guys
Marcus

On a K remote control (and hopefully built-in to a 3rd party control system) is a "Now Playing" button. After selecting Play Movie, select the Now Playing option and you will see the same pre-movie menu with the usual options, including Subtitle control.

Sparky - late to the party I know and like you I have come across this on several titles, most annoying. In most cases these can be resolved remotely by KScape - contact them on loan@kaleidescape.com and furnish them with the title (region UK, US etc) and they will investigate.

Just out of curiosity - which titles have given you trouble? Perhaps I have already advised them and they've rectified it - let me know and I'll check which ones I've identified and had remedied.
