failed drive but no amber light

About a week ago I received an email from Kscape saying my 3U server reported a drive failure. There are still no amber lights on any HDD's and everything seems to be working normally. should I be concerned?

I would have Support look into it. There is more than one reason a drive might report as failed. The 3U has the hot spare, so if a drive really has failed (or is failing) your content is still safe, but recommend replacing any bad drive asap to avoid losing content if additional drives start failing.
