Enhancing theatrical experience - Dolby Atmos intro

I also bought a Atmos demo disc off EBay thinking I could make a scene and use it as an intro. But for some reason the make a scene option does not become available when watching anything off the Dolby Atmos demo disc. Which really sucks. The Amaze track is the best by far. To bad I can’t make that into a scene and use it as an intro…🙁
If a BD-J Blu-ray disc is not bookmarked, it's not possible to create a user scene on it. This is a consequence of the BD-J authoring, which is designed for playback to be under the control of the Java engine. Our bookmarking process allows us to play them directly.

I think Dolby should just let us all get the dealer only K version. The demo would get a lot more use. Anyone who has K in their setup likely shows off things far more than dealers. Maybe K should ask Dolby to release it for all K customers. Dolby actually sent me the disc when I asked them….

Agreed. Wow. That’s great that they just sent you one. Really surprised. Good for them and you 🤣👍🏻
