Download Schedule Enhancement

I live in a rural area with slow internet (just got 40Mbs 18 months ago after living with 3Mbs and different wireless options). It would be nice if the download schedule had the ability to have multiple time slots or two schedules for daytime/nighttime with corresponding bandwidth control, or something similar.

Today, I set the schedule to automatically download at night between 12AM and 6:30AM so that I don't disrupt the family's internet usage. However, in the daytime I can usually still download around 10Mbs without impacting other things. So, I go into the settings and drop the bandwidth setting down to 10Mbs and resume Kscape downloads. But, I need to go manually update that later and set it back to full speed at night.

It would be nice if I could set another daytime schedule to allow Kscape to continue downloading throughout the day at the reduced 10Mbs bandwidth, and then the system automatically resumes the nighttime schedule with unlimited download at night between 12AM and 6:30AM.
