Disc To Digital

Did not want to clutter the forum by starting a new thread but could not find this questions answered through Search - so here it is:

1. If a movie - for example - Mortal Engines from NBC Universal (which I have in 4K and 2K disc) shows - Disc To Digital - How do I get it on K? Since UV and all are gone.
2. Quite a few movies I have on K show upgrade available (Thanks K) - how and why do these appear as Upgrades?

Thanks.

in order to get any disc to digital upgrades available you will need to find a way to catalog your titles. For Encore, this can only be done with an Alto or a DV700. Upgrades typically mean you have purchased some version of the movie and therefore you can receive the title (depending on studio) at a discount. Some “upgrades” are normal price, but K lets you know there is an improved version. Typically HD to 4K. Assume you don’t mean “updates” which are just improvements in movies you already own (e.g. Dolby Atmos soundtrack added). SJ

You'll also see the offer for any DVD disc based content in your system, and BR discs you have stored in a Vault, assuming that same title is available in the Store.
