Disc to Digital Price Reduction

Is Apocalypse Now a known D2D issue?

I have Apocalypse Now Redux and Apocalypse Now Final Dossier and K-Scape is not recognizing either and can't tie them to a D2D offer for Apocalypse now the Final Cut.

Any prior issue for anyone on this? Or is it because the Final Cut is considered a "different film" ala the weird scenario I experienced with Godfather 3/Godfather Coda etc?

I'm pretty sure that you need the AN Final Cut disc cataloged for the D2D price, I had cataloged my Final Cut disc and the D2D 4k upgrade price was $4.92

The version I upgraded from was a Special Edition: Apocalypse Now/ Apocalypse Redux. Both movies were on the same disk.

I was able to D2D to Apocalypse: Final Cut for 4.92.

Do you mean that the discs are not recognized (with cover & metadata)? That is a requirement for any disc-to-digital offer.

Here is what I cataloged that is not being recognized:

And this one:

If they're not recognized by the movie guide (i.e., not appearing with covers, description, etc.), then the first step would be to make sure that you've entered UPC information for those movies so that our guide team can work on getting them into the database.

I'm not 100% sure if those will qualify for Disc to Digital pricing, but I will ask.

Thanks Mike!

I'm told that either of those would be expected to qualify for a Disc to Digital offer, so get those UPC codes in!

Hmmm, I have the artwork and film recognized now Mike but no digital offer, this one is still strange for me.....

Also, on a completely different note, does anyone know what is the normal D2D offer for Miracle on 34th Street on BD? I've got a designation of owned on DVD but special pricing of $9.99.

Wondering if Miracle on 34th Street doesn't have a D2D offer lower than $9.99 (or even higher) and if I should jump on this one before 01/04 before it expires, or find that Blu Ray in a box somewhere that takes it down to $3.14 if anyone can confirm.......

Twentieth Century studio seems to be notoriously sticky on having a floor on D2D, maybe since being scooped up by Disney and used to be different?

Please disregard, I found the BD and the D2D is $3.14 as suspected for anyone else wondering re: the Holiday Classics sale, if you were in the same boat.....

Can anyone confirm the D2D cost for Ghostbusters Afterlife to go from Blu Ray to HDR?

I am getting the same price ($14.60) to upgrade for the standard DVD to HDR as well as the Blu Ray version to HDR, which I think is an error.

I deleted the both and re-cataloged just the BD version and still get $14.60......is this correct, can anyone else confirm?

Shouldn't the Blu-Ray upgrade to HDR be $4.50?
